Corey Terrell was born in Chesterfield, Virginia, and graduated from Prince Edward County High School in 2013. After graduating, a spark of adventure led him to Colorado, where he developed a strong work ethic while training AQHA horses.
He brings prior professional experience from Capital One’s Enterprise Estates Department, where he developed a strong foundation in client service, process management, and attention to detail before transitioning into the title and settlement industry. Corey is motivated by helping clients confidently navigate important decisions while continuing to grow within this field.
In his free time, Corey enjoys reading, trying new restaurants in Richmond, relaxing at the pool with friends, or floating along the James River with family.
